The location was great, with easy access to the Mailbox, canal side restaurants, and Birmingham city centre. As a disabled guest, I appreciated the convenient facilities provided.

I felt safe and had no complaints whatsoever during my stay.

Ik heb echt genoten van mijn verblijf in dit hotel. Een van de beste aspecten was de locatie. Het was zeer dicht bij het openbaar vervoer, met een metrostation op slechts een steenworp afstand. Daarnaast lag het hotel in het centrum van de stad, waardoor het gemakkelijk was om alle bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken.

Niets wat mij niet beviel. Het hotel voldeed aan al mijn verwachtingen en ik heb geen negatieve ervaringen gehad tijdens mijn verblijf.
